Dream apartment: literally 30 seconds to the Bedford Ave L subway station on N 7th st. This is a three-bedroom apartment on a walk-up to the 5th floor. Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor and 1 room is above with views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Skyline from the rooftop and also has its own private terrace. Each room has large queen size beds with each having beautiful leather backboard and cable TV in each room. The entire place is fully furnished. I am looking for tenants who literally just have their suite case and ready to move in. Two of the rooms is already occupied. Sorry no couples.

This charming loft was recently remodeled in 2012 and features high ceilings, wood floors and a modern entry when you enter the building.

About 30mins away from Penn Station and Grand Central Station, explore further into upstate NY, head to the Hamptons, Connecticut and beyond!

Catch a ferry from Williamsburg or Greenpoint down the East River. Water tours also accessible from these points. . .
